Love Letter #12 the heART of rebellion...

When we fall in love with a passion, with an art, a craft, we become part of a bigger dance than we can possibly imagine.

Even the notion of rebellion when working under the fuel of inspiration becomes simply another pART of ourSELVES. 

Rebellion is an art. Sergi Polunin is one of the worlds youngest and boldest dancers. He was the principal for the Royal London Ballet at 23 years old.... AND has rebelled (as any young artist) against politics and culture.  

His opinions do not match mine, but his presence and his craft are profound and intense and worthy of attention. 

We don't all have to agree. What matters is our own truth and when we can respect (not necessarily agree with) another's truth or opinions, we don't need permission from anyone else to share our souls, nor have the need to make anyone else wrong. 

True rebellion has the power to transform. ​​​​​​​

The controversy and rebellion in this dancers soul is not unlike our own.  We all have shadows, and opinions, and don't always express them with grace.

When we can learn to dance in this world, with all it's intensity we get to become whole.
